Philiates Construction Services was founded by Philip Agyei, a construction professional with extensive hands-on experience across mission-critical facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial projects. Having worked in managing all L1–L3 activities to managing commissioning programs and representing owners on multi-million-dollar campuses — Philip saw a gap in the industry: a lack of firms that combined deep field knowledge with rigorous quality oversight and a genuine commitment to workforce development.
Philiates was created to fill that gap. The name itself is rooted in strength and alliance — reflecting our belief that the best construction outcomes are achieved through trusted partnerships and unshakeable standards.
